I went because it was said to be a one-doctor clinic that does lots of eyelid revision surgeries and difficult eye cases, but it does not seem to specialize in eyes... I have congenital ptosis, but the consultant did not really know what ptosis was, so I had to explain my eye condition and what method had been used in my previous surgery. The doctor was kind, but after looking at my eyes, said it would be better to wait longer and then have incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction. I had already had incisional surgery twice, so I asked because I was worried another surgery would worsen my lagophthalmos, but I did not get a clear answer about lagophthalmos. Since mine is such a difficult eye case, I plan to research eye-specialist clinics more, T_T.
