I have a typical lower-body-heavy body type, so I went for a consultation about thigh liposuction~~ I usually feel stressed because only my thigh area feels tight when I wear pants, so I focused on talking about that area. They used ultrasound to look at the ratio of fat and muscle as well, and explained the range that could be suctioned. It was not vaguely about taking out a lot, either. They suggested removing only a natural amount, saying that taking out too much could actually make the contour look awkward
