The consultation manager did the extractions. Not good. Unfriendly. Recommended other procedures. There was no post-procedure care guidance either. No smile on their face. Are they really in the service industry? They didn't seem able to explain things or properly assess my current skin condition. The consultation manager lacked professionalism. I had absolutely no trust in the extractions either. I don't know whether they even looked carefully; the doctor came in, gave one anti-inflammatory injection, and the procedure was over. There was no specific explanation or guidance, and there were no other customers, but I received service like an assembly-line clinic. They seemed vaguely annoyed and bothered. Next time I'll get acne extractions somewhere else.
