I tried Botox in my nasal alar area and cheekbone area. I was bothered because my nasal alae widen when I smile or make expressions, and the muscles around my cheekbones move a lot. The procedure finished more quickly than I expected, and it only stung when the needle went in, so it was not very painful. Right afterward, the injection sites felt slightly sore, but not enough to interfere with daily life. The effect did not appear immediately; I noticed it gradually after a few days. Rather than feeling that my nasal alae or cheekbones had shrunk dramatically, it seems that they move a little less when I make expressions and look slightly more refined overall. It was not a hugely dramatic change, but it changed naturally, so I was reasonably satisfied personally. I think it is a good procedure to try without much burden.
