I booked through an app and visited. First impression: perhaps because it was cheap, the clinic facilities were not great. After washing my face, I lay on the bed and waited; the doctor came in and asked which areas particularly concerned me. So I told them, thinking they would survey the whole face first and then pay more attention to those areas. But once the laser started, they treated mainly the areas I mentioned, and there were no further areas needed
