I made an appointment, paid, and received the procedure right away without a consultation. At first I was like, huh? But thinking about it, it was actually clean and nice because I could receive exactly what I booked, rather than being sold and pressured into various things during a consultation. The staff were kind too, so I was satisfied. If I had to pick something to be disappointed about, perhaps because there were many patients compared with the number of doctors, the wait in the procedure room was a bit long. (Still, the staff treated me kindly while I waited, so it was okay.) I do not know if it was because the timing did not work when I booked or if it is always like that, but there were many people, so it was a bit hard to get an appointment. Especially if you are going on Saturday, book well in advance.
