I was looking into revision rhinoplasty with donated rib cartilage and went for a consultation. The consultation was quite long. When I said it was not my first surgery, they examined my current condition in detail first. Both donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were possible, but because I am very active, autologous rib cartilage felt a little burdensome to me. They went over the condition of my nose and explained each material, and it was clear what needed to be improved in my current state... They said they had seen many revision cases too. It seems pretty good for now.
