It is a fairly well-known clinic, so I called to book a consultation. But I already felt bad just from the phone call. It was the least friendly phone consultation I have ever had; the way they spoke was so snappy. I said I wanted a surgeon whose name starts with Gang, and they said bookings were full until mid-September, so a consultation was not possible. They said it would only be possible if I consulted and had surgery that same day. When I asked why, they said that was the system, but their tone was basically, “Do it if you want, don't if you don't.” It felt very similar to [Clinic A]. I did not even want to go before visiting, so I skipped it.
