The wait was about 1 hour and 30 minutes; it was extremely long even on a weekday. I consulted in the order of consultation manager, doctor, then consultation manager. Nothing much happened in the first consultation: they marked a line, asked about my desired surgery date, and the consultant was kind. After waiting, I consulted with the doctor. They didn't mark the line in great detail or extensively, saying it would be finalized on the day of surgery and that the operating surgeon's skill is what matters, so marking a line during consultation is not important. That seems true. But they repeated comments along the lines of “my skills are good, so trust me and leave it to me” so much that it could get a little tiresome. When I asked whether a semi-out line was possible, they flatly said no. They seemed direct and honest, and it didn't feel offensive. There was somewhat of the typical assembly-line-clinic feel, but there was absolutely no pressure despite my concerns, and they were kind without pushing me to book surgery. They also said the doctor does not operate using a standardized line, but performs surgery according to each patient's desired line. I'm not sure what to expect... It's an assembly-line clinic, and the repeated “just trust me” attitude actually made me trust them less..;;
