From the surgeon to the consultation manager, honestly… The surgeon would not return greetings even when I greeted them, and during the consultation I felt they were proceeding perfunctorily, with unfocused eyes. The consultation manager felt like they were recommending everything they could possibly recommend. Without adequately explaining why this was possible and necessary for my eyes, they repeatedly said, “It can be done because I am confident.” I told the manager that I did not like the surgeon's attitude
