They seem to pursue natural-looking surgery. At my first consultation, they recommended osteotomy, hump reduction, septal cartilage harvest, nasal-tip angle adjustment, and partial alar excision with cartilage suturing to correct a bulbous nose. Osteotomy felt burdensome, so at a follow-up consultation I showed photos of the look I wanted and explained my preferred style. They said that if I wanted osteotomy, it could also be done through a closed approach, so we should put it on hold. They seem to consult flexibly according to the patient's needs. Seeing that they would harvest the septal cartilage while leaving 1.5 cm, they seem safety-oriented. Many other places said rib cartilage was needed, but here they said they generally proceed using septal cartilage and use ear cartilage if it is insufficient. I am still deliberating over whether to have surgery here.
