I went for a consultation and was assigned the doctor I wanted, but they said that doctor was busy and recommended another doctor who had just arrived. That doctor consulted me, but it felt like they were completely new at it, and I wondered why I had waited so long. I have visited many factory-style clinics, but this was the first time I saw one reassign a doctor to a different doctor like this. Everyone also seemed busy, and even the consultation coordinator just treated us like one passing person
