This clinic was often mentioned for revision surgery too, so I went for a consultation. I went in, took eye photos, and waited about 15–20 minutes. I do not know whether they were desk nurses, but the person who took my photos did not seem to smile at all; they looked cold and unfriendly. The coordinator I consulted with smiled a lot, explained things kindly, and spoke with as much empathy as possible.
