Review

I had surgery using a columellar strut technique, building a support with ear cartilage and placing ear cartilage on top. I lightly shaved down the nasal hump. The columellar strut technique is the most conservative option, so although the design is a little disappointing, it was the best choice and I have no regrets. I am fairly satisfied. If I had undergone extension grafting, I would have been completely satisfied, but I did not think I could possibly handle the consequences of extension grafting, so this was the best option for me and I like the result.
