I had it done 10 years ago, and the day after surgery it was so natural and without swelling that you would not even know I had surgery. Maybe because of that, I am considering revision surgery now, but if you want your first surgery to look natural, I highly recommend it. However, it was expensive for the price even 10 years ago, so I do not know what it is like now. The doctor was very firm and kind of tsundere-like. I was a little scared lol.. Anyway, aftercare is available for up to five years, so it seems recommendable as a hospital for a first surgery!! They also do facelifts, and apparently they are good at those too.
