I had surgery nearly 8 years ago with the controversial BellaGel plus fat grafting to the cleavage. There have been no problems, but whenever I occasionally get strange pain, I wonder if it is because of BellaGel. I was living abroad and missed information such as the class-action lawsuit, but I am thinking of having removal surgery soon. Anyway, the material is disappointing, but I recommend the surgeon for surgical skill and recovery speed.
