Like other reviews say, the doctor seems to prefer looking at harmony with the other facial features and a natural result rather than something dramatic. But I prefer something more dramatic, so the line they designed came out to around 8 mm, and they said they might be able to make it up to 9 mm. They said they discourage people who ask for up to 10 mm as well. I already have double eyelids, but when I open my eyes forcefully, they become too thin, and I disliked that. My skin is not thick, and with a non-incisional procedure and medial canthoplasty
