* The consultation coordinator was extremely kind and gave a detailed consultation for a long time. * The clinic itself is rather small and feels crowded. * I only met the director immediately before surgery and in the operating room; positively speaking, they seemed like an expert, but negatively speaking, they briskly designed and moved on without much soul. (They had clearly said during consultation that the doctor was very passionate and would take a long time even on the design.) * The recovery room was a two-person room, which was uncomfortable. (I changed clothes before surgery in the recovery room and recovered there afterward, but being in a two-person room made me self-conscious.) (I could hear the person next to me groaning in pain live.) * The surgery itself went well, and I received good postoperative care. * I learned this after surgery and was startled when I searched it. If this would make you uneasy, search it and think carefully before using the clinic.
