I had already diligently looked up case videos on YouTube before going, but after meeting them in person, I trusted them and confidently booked my surgery date right away. My double-eyelid surgery from 20 years ago was a complete disaster; after that, I kept going from one revision to another because of the crease and lived as if I had given up. They clearly identified what was wrong with my crease and what needed to be improved, and took photos from various angles, immediately showing the crease on an iPad.
