Overall, the consultation was fairly ordinary. Since it was a consultation for double-chin liposuction, I expected them to do an ultrasound, but they did not; they only took facial photos before proceeding. During the consultation, they recommended combining muscle plication rather than doing only double-chin liposuction, and I could listen to the explanation without major discomfort. However, if I get muscle plication, the part I worry about most is the scarring caused by the incision
