I liked that they realistically told me what was possible in my current condition and gave only facts without empty reassurances. Mine is a difficult case, but they said the sausage line could be resolved; because my asymmetrical eyes are already quite severe due to my eye structure, it would not be a 100% correction, but lowering the left line further could improve it compared with now. They explained it specifically, so I trusted them, because this was the only place that told me these things. They also showed before-and-after photos, and I liked all of them, and they explained while drawing diagrams.
