The coordinator and doctor consulted me very conscientiously and explained everything in detail, which I really liked. They said it was not a surgery I needed and told me to think it over again, so it did not feel like they were pushing surgery. I gave up on the surgery, but their honesty made me trust them even more! I would like to consult about something else next time. However, the waiting area was far too cramped and the seats were very uncomfortable.
