I went when hip augmentation first became popular. There wasn't enough fat from my inner thighs through the front of my abdomen, so they even took fat from my upper arms and put it into my buttocks. The amazing thing is that my buttocks are still firm, and people envy them (without knowing I had surgery). When I lose weight, they slim down too, and when I gain weight, my buttocks fill out right away too. Now, instead of hip augmentation, I want fat put into my pelvic area. If I were to do it again, I would come back here. Liposuction was effective too, but the areas that were liposuctioned did not regain fat. But the scars remain even now, years later; they have not gone away. I liked that I did not have to wear a compression garment and things like that.
