My nasal bridge and nasal tip were not particularly unattractive, so I had not planned on altering them much. My nostrils looked slightly flared sideways and rounded, so my nose looked a little wide from the front, which was what I had been deliberating over T_T. At the consultation, I said I only wanted to reduce the alar base, and they told me which side was more flared. I liked that they examined me very thoroughly, including whether my case was medial or lateral, scars, and asymmetry.
