I understand why there were only insults and why the rating was poor. During the consultation, they made grand promises and said there would be no swelling or bruising... When I was told postoperative precautions, the nurse said swelling peaks on days 3–5 and then goes down, while residual swelling resolves differently for each person. I did bruise, though they say it is less than at other hospitals T_T (I have not been treated at another hospital, so I do not think I should comment on that, since I cannot compare.) There is quite a bit of swelling, enough to be uncomfortable. I was taken in because they said they could prevent something that naturally occurs with liposuction, but there is swelling and bruising. Do not pay just because you are swayed by claims of no bruising or swelling like I was; deliberate a little more. The doctor is extremely unfriendly and seems on edge, as if simple questions are criticism. I only give the staff a kindness rating because of the nurse. I do not even know what the other coordinator does; the nurse does everything.
