The director looked very tired, perhaps because they had come after finishing surgery. But the clinic was bustling and seemed to have many people, so that was okay. Separately, the consultation was thorough, and they answered even my somewhat funny questions. They explained how the surgery would be done, where incisions would be made, and what would go in which area. I also asked whether my short neck could be improved, and they said that after surgery the constricted part would improve dramatically, so
