I had autologous costal cartilage here, and it turned out satisfactorily. It seems to have been done safely. The only disappointment is that the autologous costal cartilage material is very hard, so the nose can look pointed when viewed from below... Still, I am satisfied. The surgeon placed a thin layer of dermis over the silicone. The surgeon is good at surgery.
