I went for a consultation because Director Jang Cheol-ho is said to be famous. First, it was a consultation with the manager, and they pinpointed my concerns very well. They said they could not dissolve the existing fat grafting either, so they would be as conservative as possible, which reassured me. But one thing bothers me: after under-eye fat repositioning, they said that because the fat pads are small, they would fat-graft the tear trough area into the fat pads. I do not understand that, so I am agonizing over it. I like the doctor too, but I do not know why they say they would fat-graft into the fat pads.
