I had a consultation because I was looking into eye surgery. This was one of several clinics I visited. There are many people at the clinic, and even with an appointment, you have to wait a bit before going in. The doctor was kind and gave a good consultation. Since mine is revision surgery, I wanted canthoplasty while redoing the surgery, so I asked for a recommendation and was recommended diagonal canthoplasty. They did not push same-day booking too hard, and the atmosphere was not one of aggressively recommending other surgeries...
