It has been about eight years since my surgery. At first, I felt depressed, wondering if I had put in silicone for no reason. I also have some pinching of the nose, and the nasal tip drooped, creating a step-off, so I do not like it. But people around me ask whether I had a nose job or say my nose is pretty, which is confusing... I was going to get revision surgery, but everyone says it is pretty, so I do not know now.
