There was absolutely no overtreatment, and the doctor explained things in a way that truly suited the patient. I had gone to consultations while considering other surgeries, but this was the first director I had met who was this honest... lol. I also wanted eyelid revision surgery, but they said it would be best simply to restore the inner corner where too much lacrimal caruncle is visible from the epicanthoplasty. They even discouraged me, saying I did not need to do it. They were firm but kind, which was really interesting. I kept asking questions too, but they did not act annoyed
