The consultation took a very long time. I heard it was backed up because of YouTube, so I had high expectations. But the person who answered the phone was so rude during the process of moving up my consultation that I was already in a terrible mood before going. The person handling chat consultations was kind. I did not want to call because of the phone staff member, so I spoke through chat instead; they apologized on that person's behalf, which made me feel better. The consultant was kind, and I appreciated that they seriously considered my concerns.
