First, when you enter, they confirm your appointment reception on the third floor, send you to the fourth floor to fill out a consultation form, and take photos first. I do not know what the photos are used for, but then they have you wash off sunscreen so anesthetic cream can be applied, and apply it while you are lying down. After waiting a bit, they tell you to come in and perform hair removal. They perform the hair removal while counting "three, three," and I am satisfied with the 12 J setting. They even do not just make one pass; they carefully irradiate the area once more, so I am satisfied. The quality cannot even be compared to the factory-style clinics I have visited.
