From the moment I entered the clinic, it felt well organized. It was clean and comfortable. I went with an appointment, so registration at the desk was not backed up and was quick. During the consultation, the surgeon first explained the criteria used to assess ear shape. They plainly said that parts that did not really need to be done in my current condition did not need to be done. Even though I kept asking questions, there was absolutely no rushing me because another person was next or giving me a cursory answer. They also reviewed the design very carefully and explained how long it might look swollen. I scheduled the procedure before leaving lol. I want to get it done soon~~
