I went because I wanted to get rid of my Pinocchio nose, and I heard that if the hardness and discomfort of the autologous costal cartilage were an issue, they could replace it with ear cartilage. Either put ear cartilage in the columella support, or remove it entirely. They showed me a simulation. I was having such a hard time after my nose got ruined that I thought I might cry... The consultation itself was good, but I was disappointed that there were fewer reviews than I expected, and I’m still undecided because I’m looking through reviews. If I decide to remove the columella support, I’m very likely to do it here. I want to get another consultation... The more consultations I do, the more questions I have.
