My mouth corners drooped a lot, to the point where filler and Botox couldn't fix it, and I had so much chin fat that my neck couldn't be seen. I went to consult because I was taking time off work for a herniated disc and thought I'd lie down while I was at it. The doctor said that my mouth corners sagged so badly that even if they were lifted as much as possible, they'd only reach about a normal person's level, and if I wanted them higher, I'd need another surgery, and he clearly said there would definitely be scars. Since I was lying down anyway, I also said I wanted to remove the chin fat and got liposuction as well, but he said my neck muscles were sagging a lot, so liposuction alone wouldn't be very effective and he didn't recommend it. If I did it, I would need muscle tightening too, along with removing the internal fat and the outside fat, for it to work. He also recommended 8 mint threads together because if the fat disappeared, my face would sag. I had looked at a lot of mouth-corner reviews and this place felt the most natural and the best, so I chose it and just put down the deposit, then lay down a few days later. The staff were kind, and the doctor was kind in his own way too. The surgery also went in almost right away without any discomfort or waiting, and I remember closing my eyes and opening them again to find it already over. I felt good that day, so I even went shopping comfortably and came home. Since I had liposuction, the swelling got pretty severe and came up like a moon face. It lasted quite a long time. I think it took more than 3 months to go down completely. Up to a month, it was still very swollen. Even though it was swollen, I saw my neck.. for the first time.. I thought I had a very short neck, almost none at all, but after removing the fat, I realized I did have a neck...... It was surprising.. It wasn't that my neck was extremely short; I just had way too much fat.. They said they removed about 180cc of pure fat in total from both cheeks, the inside of the neck, and the double chin combined. So I really did have a ton of fat on my face.. Now it's been about a year, the swelling is gone, and my mouth corners look very natural. Of course there is a scar, but even without makeup you have to look closely to notice it, and if I do wear makeup, I think it's basically invisible. My mouth corners are slightly lifted, so my impression has improved a lot and I'm really satisfied. On top of that, now that my neck is visible too, my face has definitely become more likable than before. The clinic only recommended what was necessary and didn't seem to force anything. Overall, it was kind and good.
