Overall, they were kind, but I felt like I talked more with the manager. The director did not seem curious about exactly what direction the patient wanted in detail, so I compared it with another hospital I had consulted before that. It felt like there was not enough conversation, and like I needed to finish quickly so I could talk with the manager.
