The director carefully looked at both my eyes and nose while drawing them out. Just like in the best reviews, they told me that unlike other clinics, I didn’t need alar reduction. They said it would be fine to do nose surgery first and alar reduction later if needed, and recommended just doing the nose surgery first and then seeing whether the bulbous nose had been corrected. There was absolutely no pressure to do any surgery other than the eyes and nose I wanted, so the consultation was comfortable. For the nose, the director considered various factors such as skin thickness and facial structure, and I think they do a good job of finding a nose that suits each person’s face.
