I originally had a hump on my nose, so after looking at a lot of reviews and thinking for a long time about nose surgery or a procedure, I ended up going in for a consultation! During the consultation, they explained that you shouldn't just shave down the hump no matter what, but that you also need to look at the balance of the facial features and the nasal tip together for it to look natural, and they carefully checked my current nose condition, so I felt the consultation was very detailed! I'm still thinking a bit about whether to go ahead with the surgery, but they were kind and didn't push anything, so if I do get surgery, I'm positively considering Eight
