Before surgery, my right eye was deeply fixed so it had a thick double eyelid, and the left one had loosened so the line was buried. What I wanted was an in-out double eyelid with the tail line lifted, for a clear and natural look. The consultation with the manager was just kind, and when I went in to see the doctor, he was realistic about it: the left side could be fixed again because the line had loosened, but the right eye had some mild exposure issues, so it would be hard to make the asymmetry match perfectly.
