I visited to get trapezius Botox because it’s summer. They were running an event, so I could get the procedure at a reasonable price, and I made a same-day reservation and went in, but it seemed like it was a time with a lot of patients, so the wait was quite long. The staff at the reception desk and the desk on the procedure floor checked on the waiting situation from time to time, so overall they were kind, which I appreciated. However, while waiting in the waiting room, I heard the nursing assistant call me “trapezius,” and since I was waiting right in front of them, hearing that felt a little uncomfortable.. The procedure itself ended quickly, and there wasn’t much discomfort during it. Overall, the price was decent too.
