I had my first surgery together with a rhinitis surgery, and it turned out well, so I'm satisfied. I'm happy with the shape too, and it came out naturally. The disappointing part is that the rhinitis surgery seems to have improved my rhinitis less than I hoped, so that's a bit disappointing. My runny nose seems a little worse than before, but I'm so satisfied with the shape that even if I need revision surgery later, I'd still want to do it here. The swelling right after surgery was much less than I was scared it would be, and other people said it changed naturally
