The staff manager was also extremely kind, explained everything in detail, and made me feel at ease about the concerns I had. I'm extremely anxious, and I went with my mom, but they completely stole my mom's heart too, so I made a same-day reservation. The consultation itself was very specific, and before I even asked, they explained everything in even more detail. The wait was only about 10 minutes because I had booked ahead. Everyone was kind, and the explanations were incredible. Everything was detailed, including how it would go and the AS period
