I heard the consultations were backed up, but I was able to book a consultation with Director Kwak through the website and go in earlier. Honestly, I had already been to several places, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was convinced by Director Kwak Jang-uk's thorough consultation and ended up getting surgery too. I was recommended cartilage tying + Cozel nose + hump shaving, had the surgery, and now it's been two weeks, but the major swelling seems to have mostly gone down already, and recovery was fast enough that going to work hasn't been uncomfortable.
