They said the surgery would be done under twilight sedation and if double folds appear after surgery, use filler. They did not recommend fat grafting because it might become too thick AS is free for 2 years I first consulted with a staff member and then with the director, but the line the staff member showed me was so different from the line the director showed me that it was almost enough to make me think about not getting double eyelids at all. The line the director showed me was relatively fine. They said both in-out and out-line were possible, but the surgical method would differ depending on the line.
