The information they gave me was explained calmly and thoroughly, so I figured that's just their personality and didn't have much to complain about, but they said the hump couldn't be removed completely and that my slightly crooked original nose would look even more crooked after surgery. That might be true, but my original nose actually had a very severe hump, and the crookedness wasn't that severe... so I wondered if the result really had to be that bad, and I didn't sign the contract.
