It's definitely a factory-style place. The staff all seemed soulless and rude The consultation coordinators also seem to be several people, but the one I got just rattled off what they wanted to say and didn't really listen to what I wanted; lol. When you go into the consultation room, they give you a paper and tell you to read it, and it says you can't get design? or consultation? from the doctor, so make sure you tell the coordinator as much as possible what you want. I went because of my small, pinched lips, so I wanted horizontal widening, and a dual lip
