I did it in 3 sessions and almost didn't diet at all, but there was some effect in reducing arm fat and refining the line. If I had dieted more strictly, I probably would have seen better results. Because in the first week, when I followed the hospital's instructions, that was when I lost the most. The side effect started from the third treatment: menstrual irregularity. I think this side effect is basically the default.. People who are going to get it should get it only if this side effect is okay for them. It was stressful for me..
