During the surgery consultation, they explained things naturally, and I got a consultation for contouring type 3. There wasn't any excessive sales talk, and although the price was a little high, the fact that they only do surgery for one or two people a day, plus the recovery room was comfortable and the nurse was kind, was nice. The only thing I felt a little disappointed about was that on the leaflet they give you after surgery, I think it would make patients feel more at ease if they also wrote down the phone number to call in an emergency after ear surgery, along with a backup number.
