I had a partial incision before, but my line kept getting lower, so I finally had a revision with an incision here and also had ptosis correction. From the first day after surgery, I developed a double eyelid fold and the front line formed along the previous line. The director checked my progress and said it was fine and that once the swelling went down it would become thinner, but even after more than 2 years, it is still not the thin double eyelid I wanted. It is a thick double eyelid that anyone can see. There is a double eyelid above the line that was set during surgery. The front line of the double eyelid formed along my previous partial-incision line. And the thickness of the lines on both sides was different. The right line was higher, so I requested a revision on the right side and had surgery again, but it was a total disaster. Now one-third of the pupil at the inner corner of my right eye is covered by the double eyelid, and it feels like the ptosis correction has completely loosened. Both sides have become completely asymmetrical.
